Domo Affogato - Green Tea Ice Cream Drowned in Espresso and Caramel
- 1 pint of green tea ice cream, store bought (I use Haagen-Dazs)
- 4 shots freshly brewed espresso
- 4 teaspoon Caramel Sauce (I use Torani Sugar Free Caramel Sauce)
- Scoop green tea ice cream into glasses.
- Pour espresso over each helping. Use 1 shot of espresso per scoop of ice cream.
- Drizzle a teaspoon of caramel sauce on top.
