Tropical Fruit Salsa

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 mangoes, peeled, pitted and cut flesh into ½-inch cubes
  • 1 orange, peeled, pith and membrane removed, sliced/segmented
  • ½ cucumber, halved, seeded and cut into ½-inch cubes
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 serrano chili pepper, finely chopped
  • Sea salt, to taste
DIRECTIONS
  1. In a glass bowl, combine all ingredients and season with sea salt. Boom, done!
